How do I pay my bill? You have three payment options, you select when registering.

Option 1 – Ten payments plan – “I will pay my account balance on the dates due according to the payment book at the Gymnastics Learning Center Office or mail it to 574 Lake Street Shrewsbury, MA 01545. If my payment is not received on or before the due date, Gymnastics Learning Center will charge administrative late fee of $5.00. I understand that Gymnastics Learning Center does not send a monthly bill and it is my responsibility to pay my account balance on line, at the office or mail my payment to the gym. I understand that if my child is enrolled in a program that has reoccurring monthly tuition I am continuously enrolled in the program and I will incur reoccurring monthly tuition charges on my account until I submit a “stop class form”.

Option 2 – “I will pay my account in full for the 43 week program with a savings of 5%.” Must be done at time of registering.

What is the dress code for my child when taking gymnastics lessons? Girls: Gymnastics leotards are required for all classes (bike shorts are optional). Shoulder length or longer hair must be tied back (non-ornamental).

Boys: Elastic waist shorts and a fitted t-shirt or warm-up.

Bare feet are required for all students. Please be advised that we do not permit the following: oversized shorts, pants or t-shirts, jeans, jewelry, belts, two-piece swimsuits or any other inappropriate clothing. Improper clothing can be a safety hazard to the student as well as the teacher and will result in the student not participating in class.

If my child is sick or we go on vacation, can my child do a make-up? If your child misses his/her class due to personal reasons such as illness, vacation or schedule conflict, your child will be entitled to a make-up. In the event of an absence, please call prior to your child’s scheduled class. This notice is required to schedule a make-up lesson. Any student who registers for the 2015-2016 Fall program before December 31, 2015 will be allowed FOUR MAKE-UP CLASSES. Any student who registers after January 1, 2016 will be allowed TWO MAKE-UP CLASSES for the remainder of the 2015-2016 Fall program .
